2. Parent Entity Representation
All India Happy Events operates under its parent company, Sri Rastu Matrimony (www.srirastumatrimony.com). References to "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" encompass both All India Happy Events and Sri Rastu Matrimony as the legal holding entity.
Users utilizing Sri Rastu Matrimony for matchmaking can leverage seamless event management and vendor bookings via All India Happy Events. Accounts and preferences may be synchronized for client convenience.
3. Scope of Services
All India Happy Events provides an online event marketplace and coordination service, including:
- Discovery and inquiry tools for wedding venues, banquet halls, resort stays, and party spaces.
- Verified listings for event vendors (photographers, caterers, decorators, mehendi artists, makeup artists, DJs, and planners).
- Full-service event management and customized wedding package booking.
4. Account Registration & Conduct
To utilize certain features or place bookings, users must register an account with accurate details. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and credentials.
Prohibited conduct on the Platform includes:
- Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent vendor reviews or booking details.
- Attempting unauthorized access to system databases or user profiles.
- Harassing or misrepresenting identity when contacting vendors or coordinators.
5. Vendor & Venue Bookings
All India Happy Events acts as a facilitator and platform provider. While we stringently verify vendor listings, individual contracts for specific services (e.g. food taste tests, customized floral arrangements) are executed between the user and the vendor.
For full-service event packages managed directly by All India Happy Events, a dedicated event manager will oversee execution per the signed service scope agreement.
6. Payments & Cancellation Policy
Payments made through the Platform are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Standard Booking & Cancellation Guidelines:
Advance deposits lock in venue dates and vendor schedules and may be non-refundable depending on individual vendor terms.
Cancellations made 30+ days prior to event date qualify for partial refunds or date reschedules per contract terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, page designs, text, graphics, and code on this Platform are the exclusive property of All India Happy Events and parent entity Sri Rastu Matrimony. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial distribution is prohibited.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, All India Happy Events and Sri Rastu Matrimony disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vendor delays, natural calamities, or third-party force majeure events.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
10. Contact & Modifications
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
